Richtlinien zur Einreichung eines Abstracts (English Version below)

Einreichung

  • Reichen Sie Ihren Abstract online ein. Per E-Mail, Post oder auf anderem Wege eingereichte Abstracts werden grundsätzlich nicht akzeptiert.
  • Die Kongresssprache ist Deutsch.
  • Die Einreichung der Abstracts ist nur auf Englisch möglich.
  • Änderungen und Korrekturen werden bis zur Deadline am (tbd) angenommen.
  • Stellen Sie die zitierfähige Veröffentlichung des Abstracts sicher.
  • Für präsentierende Autoren von akzeptierten Abstracts ist die Registrierung und die Teilnahme am Kongress verbindlich.

Inhalt und Form

  • Verwenden Sie weder Titel noch Namen von Autor:innen im Textkörper des Abstracts.
  • Formulieren Sie Ihr Abstract bitte eindeutig und klar, und gliedern Sie nach Fragestellung, Methodik, Ergebnisse und Schlussfolgerung der Arbeit.
  • Verwenden Sie normgerechte Abkürzungen.
  • Der Text des Abstracts darf 3.000 Zeichen (inkl. Leerzeichen und. inkl. Literaturangabe) nicht überschreiten.
  • Für jedes Abstract kann 1 Abbildung (Bilder/Tabellen) im Abstract als Anhang hinzugefügt werden. Pro Abbildung werden je 200 Zeichen abgezogen.
  • Bilder können im Format JPG oder PNG (max. 2,5 MB) hochgeladen werden.
  • Es können bis zu 5 Literaturangaben eingefügt werden. Für die Verweise im Literaturverzeichnis bitte eine Kurzform nutzen, z.B.:
    • R. Zufall, et al. (2025). Gait & Posture, 124 (1), https://doi.org/X.XXXX/j.gaitpost.2025.010
    • M. Muster, et al. (2025). Gait & Posture, 122 (3), https://doi.org/X.XXXX/j.gaitpost.2025.01
  • Bitte vermeiden Sie Formatierungen. Die exakte Übernahme etwaiger Formatierungen kann nicht gewährleistet werden.

Bei der Abstract Einreichung können übergeordnete Themengebiete ausgewählt werden. Wir freuen uns auch über Einreichungen aus verwandten Themengebieten (z.B. Neurologie, Ergonomie,…).

Guidelines for submitting an abstract

Submission

  • Please submit your abstracts online only. Abstracts submitted via e-mail, post, or other methods will generally not be accepted.
  • The conference language is German.
  • Abstract submission is possible in English only.
  • Abstract changes and corrections will be accepted until the deadline on (tbd).
  • Ensure the citable publication of the abstracts.
  • For presenting authors of accepted abstracts, registration and participation in this conference is mandatory.

Content and format

  • Do not use the title or the name(s) of the author(s) in the body of the abstract.
  • Please phrase your abstract clearly and unambiguously, and structure it according to the background, the methods used, results and the conclusion.
  • Use standard abbreviations.
  • Abstract content is limited to a maximum of 3,000 characters (including spaces and references).
  • Abstracts may include 1 figure (images/tables). For each illustration inserted into the abstract 200 characters will be deducted.
  • You can upload images in JPG or PNG format. The max. size for images is 2,5 MB.
  • Abstracts may include up to 5 references. For references in you bibliography please use a short form such as:
    • R. Zufall, et al. (2025). Gait & Posture, 124 (1), https://doi.org/X.XXXX/j.gaitpost.2025.0101010
    • M. Muster, et al. (2025). Gait & Posture, 122 (3), https://doi.org/X.XXXX/j.gaitpost.2025.0101010
